Now we need 1 Customer Service and 3-5 Business Development Clerk, Job Requirements and Responsibilities as follow:
Business Development Clerk
Requirements:
- More than 5-years working experience in logistics business development
- Ability to develop new business
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Professional appearance
- Excellent command of English
- Teamwork spirit
Responsibilities:
- Plan process to ensure a good business forecast
- Keep business relationship with old customers and build relationship with new customers
- Expend business share in existing market and capture new market
- Achieve assigned business objectives
Customer Service
Requirements:
- More than 2 years work experience in logistics customer service
- Familiar with logistics process
- Good command of English and Microsoft Office System
- Excellent communication skills, both in oral and written
- Teamwork spirit
Responsibilities:
- Managing phone calls, greeting visitors
- Tracing and tracking all the details for customer orders on line
- Have the most update information regarding the order at all times
- Daily communication with the customers by phone or email
